Winter White Veggies and Herbed Kefir Dressing

Featured Product: Nancy’s Organic Plain Kefir

Ingredients

Herb Dressing

  • ½ Cup Nancy’s Plain Organic Kefir
  • 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Herbs, such as parsley, thyme

Suggested Dippers

  • Celery Ribs with Leafy Tops
  • Sliced Cauliflower
  • Zucchini Spears
  • Yellow Squash Spears
  • Endive Leaves

 

Directions

    1. Combine the kefir, lemon juice and mustard in a food processor and blend to emulsify.
    2. Add seasonings and herbs to the dressing and pulse to incorporate.
    3. Serve the dressing chilled with suggested dippers.
