- ½ Cup Nancy’s Plain Organic Kefir
- 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1/8 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Herbs, such as parsley, thyme
- Celery Ribs with Leafy Tops
- Sliced Cauliflower
- Zucchini Spears

- Combine the kefir, lemon juice and mustard in a food processor and blend to emulsify.
- Add seasonings and herbs to the dressing and pulse to incorporate.
- Serve the dressing chilled with suggested dippers.
