Whipped Cottage Cheese Dip with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Cottage Cheese
  • 6 oz. Nancy’s Organic Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Zest, divided
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, more for garnish
  • Chopped Scallions and Fresh Oregano for garnish
  • Crackers for dipping

 

Directions

    1. Place the cottage cheese, cream cheese, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse to combine.
    2. Blending, drizzle the olive oil into the mixture until desired smoothness is reached.
    3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with more olive oil, chopped scallions and fresh oregano.
    4. Serve with crackers.
