- 16 oz. Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Cottage Cheese
- 6 oz. Nancy’s Organic Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Zest, divided
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, more for garnish
- Chopped Scallions and Fresh Oregano for garnish
- Crackers for dipping
- Place the cottage cheese, cream cheese, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse to combine.
- Blending, drizzle the olive oil into the mixture until desired smoothness is reached.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with more olive oil, chopped scallions and fresh oregano.
- Serve with crackers.
