- ¾ cup Boiling Water
- ¼ cup Quick Steel-cut Oats
- 1 tablespoon Quinoa Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Salt, or to taste
- 2 teaspoon Honey
- Nancy’s Oatmilk Non-Dairy Vanilla Yogurt
- Chopped Hazelnuts
- Fresh Berries
- Freeze-dried Blueberries
- In a pint-sized, lidded glass jar, combine the porridge ingredients and stir. Set aside overnight.
- In the morning, stir the mixture. Remove the metal lid and place a small microwavable plate over the jar. Cook the porridge in the microwave for 2-4 minutes.
- Before serving, stir the porridge and add toppings as desired.
