- 1 cup Nancy’s Plain Kefir
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ⅓ cup fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup flaked coconut, toasted
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced or chopped
In a blender combine kefir, frozen raspberries, banana, honey, and vanilla and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh raspberries, coconut, and kiwi.
