- 1 C. Canned Pumpkin Puree (unsweetened)
- 1 C. Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 C. Nancy’s Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 C. Honey or Maple Syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. of Pumpkin Spice
- A pinch of Salt
- Chopped Pecans (for garnish)
- In a blender or food processor, combine the pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Add to individual serving cups and chill for 2 hours.
- Top with pecans and enjoy!
