- 1 cup Fresh Organic Marionberries
- ¼ cup Organic Cane Sugar
- 1 Qt. Nancy’s Organic Vanilla Whole Milk Kefir
Add the marionberries and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a low simmer. Once the sugar has dissolved, press the marionberries to release the juices. Reduce the heat. Allow the liquid to thicken until it coats the back of a spoon. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature before chilling for 1 hour. Pour the Vanilla Kefir into four small glasses. Top each serving of Organic Vanilla Kefir with chilled compote and serve.
