Mango Fro-Yo Snack Pops

Featured Product: Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Yogurt

 

Ingredients

Granola Mixture

  • ¼ C. Honey Granola
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. Shredded Coconut

Smoothie Pops

  • ¾ C. Frozen Pineapple
  • ¾ C. Frozen Mango
  • 2 (6 oz) Pkgs. Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Yogurt
  • ¼ C. Honey
  • 6 Mini paper cups
  • 6 Flat wooden sticks

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the granola, chopped pecans and shredded coconut. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the fruit, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the smoothie pop and granola mixtures. Pour equally into the mini paper cups and place a wooden stick in the center of each.
  4. Freeze the pops overnight. Tear to remove the paper cups and serve.
