- ½ cup chia seeds
- 4 cups Nancy’s Blueberry Organic Whole Milk Kefir
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, plus more for garnish
- sliced fresh mango
In a medium bowl combine chia seeds and kefir. Cover and let sit, refrigerated, overnight.
Place half of chia mixture in a blender with blueberries. Blend until smooth. Divide half the blended chia between 4 small jars or glasses and top with all the unblended chia mixture. Top with remaining blended chia mixture and serve with blueberries and mango.
