- 3 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 ½ cups Nancy’s Plain Low-fat Kefir
- Butter, to serve
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a 6 inch round cake pan with butter. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, soda and salt. Create a well in the center of the flour mixture. Pour in the kefir and slowly incorporate with a wooden spoon to make a moist, flaky dough. Bring the dough together on a floured surface, kneading lightly to form a dome. Transfer the dough to the cake pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until top is golden. Remove from oven and brush the top with butter. Serve immediately.
