- 6 oz. Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Yogurt
- 1 Banana, frozen
- 1 Apple, cored and roughly chopped
- ½ C. Fresh Carrot Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Oats
- 1-inch Piece of Ginger Root, grated
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- ¼ tsp. Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. Honey (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Walnuts, for garnish
- Except for the walnut garnish, combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into two chilled glasses and garnish with cinnamon and chopped walnuts.
