Featured Product: Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Ginger Peach Kefir

- 1 ½ cups Nancy’s Ginger Peach Organic Whole Milk Kefir, divided
- 1 cup frozen peach chunks
- 1″ piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- fresh raspberries, for serving
Pour 1 cup kefir into an ice cube tray and freeze solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.
In a food processor combine frozen kefir, peaches, ginger, and remaining ½ cup kefir. Process until smooth. Transfer to a covered container and freeze for 30 minutes or until firm enough to scoop. Serve with raspberries.
