Ginger Peach Fruit Salad

Featured Product: Nancy’s Organic 100% Grass-Fed Ginger Peach Yogurt

 

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz.) Servings Nancy’s Organic 100% Grass-Fed Ginger Peach Yogurt
  • 4 Fresh Peaches, sliced
  • ½ cup Peach Vinaigrette (see below)
  • Fresh Blueberries and Basil Leaves, for garnish

Peach Vinaigrette

  • ¼ Fresh Peach
  • ¼ cup Extra-virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt

 

Directions

    1. Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients.
    2. Place the sliced peaches in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to coat.
    3. Spoon the yogurt onto the surfaces of four serving plates and top with the dressed peaches.
    4. Garnish with blueberries and basil leaves.
