- 2 (6 oz.) Servings Nancy’s Organic 100% Grass-Fed Ginger Peach Yogurt
- 4 Fresh Peaches, sliced
- ½ cup Peach Vinaigrette (see below)
- Fresh Blueberries and Basil Leaves, for garnish
- ¼ Fresh Peach
- ¼ cup Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients.
- Place the sliced peaches in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to coat.
- Spoon the yogurt onto the surfaces of four serving plates and top with the dressed peaches.
- Garnish with blueberries and basil leaves.
