- 6 oz. Nancy’s Plain Oatmilk Non-Dairy Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1 Lime, zested and juiced
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 C. Frozen Pineapple
- 1 C. Baby Spinach
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Pistachios
- Dried Lavender, Hibiscus and Rose Petals
- Combine the yogurt, grated ginger, lime juice, honey, banana, pineapple and spinach in a blender. Pulse to incorporate and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into one large bowl or two smaller bowls.
- Garnish each smoothie bowl with chopped pistachios, dried flowers and lime zest.
