Featured Product: Nancy’s Organic Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 6 oz. Nancy’s Organic Cream Cheese
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- ¾ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ – ½ teaspoon Salt, to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, minced for garnish
- Fresh Fettuccini Noodles, cooked al dente
Directions
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium and sauté the garlic until softened. Add the cream cheese to the pan and stir to melt. Whisking, add the milk to the pan and bring to a low simmer. Add the parmesan and whisk until smooth. Add salt and black pepper, to taste. Serve over cooked fettuccine noodles, with fresh parsley and more black pepper, if desired.
