Ingredients
Salad
- 3 cups Fresh Spinach, Arugula or a combination
- ¼ Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Seedless Grapes, Halved
- ½ Avocado, diced
- ½ cup Grapes, halved
- ¼ cup Chopped Walnuts
- ½ cup Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Cottage Cheese
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Vinaigrette
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine the smoothie ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into two chilled glasses and garnish as desired.
