Fall lettuces with Cottage Cheese, Avocado and Grapes

Featured Product: Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Cottage Cheese

 

Ingredients

Salad

  • 3 cups Fresh Spinach, Arugula or a combination
  • ¼ Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Seedless Grapes, Halved
  • ½ Avocado, diced
  • ½ cup Grapes, halved
  • ¼ cup Chopped Walnuts
  • ½ cup Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Cottage Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Vinaigrette

  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

 

Directions

    1. Combine the smoothie ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
    2. Pour into two chilled glasses and garnish as desired.
