- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Granulated Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Dried, Diced Onion
- 1 tablespoon Coarse Salt
- 8 oz. Nancy’s Organic Cream Cheese, softened
- ¾ cup Nancy’s Organic Sour Cream
- Bagel Chips
- Broccoli Florets
- Carrot Sticks
- In a large bowl, whisk together the first 5 dip ingredients (seeds and seasonings).
- Add the cream cheese and sour cream. Whisk the mixture to combine.
- Serve the dip with chips and veggies.
