- ½ cup Nancy’s Organic Plain Whole Milk Kefir
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Chopped Herbs
- ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Watercress
- 1 Fennel Bulb, thinly sliced
- 1 Red Apple, cut into matchsticks
- 1 Head of Endive, chopped
- ½ cup Chopped Parsley
- ½ cup Fennel Fronds
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together the ingredients in a small bowl. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Toss together the salad ingredients. Divide among four low, shallow bowls and drizzle with chilled herb dressing.
