Dark Chocolate & Pomegranate Yogurt Clusters

Featured Product: Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Yogurt

Ingredients

Crumble Topping

  • 1 whole pomegranate
  • 1.5-2 C. Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Yogurt
  • 1.5-2 C. dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Mix pomegranate seeds with Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Yogurt in a medium sized bowl. Once mixed, use a spoon to place mixture in small rounds on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  2. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until set.
  3. Once your clusters are frozen, melt dark chocolate and a little coconut oil over boiling water or in small increments in a microwave. (Make sure to stir between increments.)
  4. Once chocolate is melted, remove your frozen clusters from the parchment and quickly dip each individually in the melted chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt and a few more pomegranate seeds, and freeze again for another 30 mins-1 hour.
  6. Serve cold or store in the freezer until later!
