- 1 can (15 oz.) Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- ⅓ cup Tahini
- 3 tablespoons Nancy’s Plain Oatmilk Non-dairy Yogurt
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- Pita Bread, toasted
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Flaked Sea Salt
- Add the chickpeas and garlic to a blender and pulse to combine.
- Blend to incorporate the tahini, Oatmilk yogurt, olive oil and lemon juice into the mixture.
- Add the seasonings and blend until smooth.
- Spoon the hummus into a serving bowl. Add toppings, as desired and serve with toasted pita.
