Ingredients
Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- ½ teaspoon Dried Dill
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon Oregano
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Salad
- 1 cup Mixed Greens
- 1 Hardboiled Egg, sliced
- ¼ cup Corn Kernels
- ¼ cup Shredded Carrots
- ¼ cup Chopped Cucumber
- 3 tablespoons Shredded Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Halved Grape Tomatoes
Directions
Add the dressing ingredients to a blender. Scraping down the sides, blend the mixture until smooth. Taste for seasonings and adjust as desired.
Assemble the salad in a jar in the following order, bottom to top: dressing, tomatoes, cucumber, corn, hardboiled egg slices, shredded carrot, shredded cheese, and mixed greens.
