Tacos
- 12 Corn Tortillas
- 3 cups Cooked, Shredded Organic Chicken
- 3 cups Cooked Brown Rice
- 1 cup Black Beans
- 1 cup Pinto Beans
Sauces

- Red and Green Salsas
- Guacamole
Toppings
- Cheddar or Jack Cheese
- Multi-color Bell Peppers
- Sliced Jalapeno
- Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- Black Olives
- Green Onions
- Cilantro
Directions
To soften the tortillas, wrap them in moistened paper towels and warm them in the microwave for 25 seconds or until warm (please monitor, as microwave strengths differ). Pre-assemble 12 soft tacos with chicken, rice and beans and arrange them on a platter. Place the sauces and additional toppings in small individual bowls with serving spoons. Arrange the tacos, sauces and toppings on the table as a buffet.
