- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Butter, room temperature
- 1 cup Nancy’s Sour Cream
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup Chives, finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare a muffin tin with butter.
Using a hand mixer, beat the first four ingredients until the butter pieces are pea-sized. Add the sour cream to the bowl and incorporate the mixture. Gently bring the dough together with hands. Using a scoop, divide the dough among twelve muffin tin wells. Sprinkle the cheddar and chives over the top. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
