Featured Product: Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Kefir
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Kefir
- 1 ½ cups Rolled oats
- 1 Small Carrot, grated, plus more for garnish
- ¼ cup Walnuts, chopped for garnish
- 2 tablespoons Golden Raisins, plus more for garnish
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon Ginger
Directions
In a mixing bowl, sift together the oats and spices. In a separate bowl, whisk together the grated carrot, kefir and maple syrup. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Fold the raisins into the oats mixture. Spoon the oats mixture into 4 small jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, top the jars with more grated carrot, raisins and walnuts, as desired.
