Blueberry Ombre Smoothie

Ingredients

Bottom Layer

  • ½ cup Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Blueberry Kefir
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries

Middle Layer

  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Blueberry Kefir
  • ½ cup Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ cup Milk

Top Layer

  • 1 cup Nancy’s Organic Whole Milk Blueberry Kefir
  • 1 Tbsp. Flax

 

Directions

Combine the ingredients for the bottom layer in a blender and puree. Divide into two pint glasses. Repeat with the ingredients for the middle and top layers, chilling 10 minutes between each. Garnish with fresh blueberries if desired and serve.
