Blueberry Antioxidant Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • 6 oz. Nancy’s Blueberry Oatmilk Non-Dairy Yogurt
  • ¼ C. Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Flax Seeds
  • ½ C. Frozen Blueberries
  • 5 oz. Frozen Acai Puree

Suggested Toppings

  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Fresh Blackberries
  • Hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

 

Directions

    1. Combine yogurt, non-dairy milk, flax seeds, frozen blueberries and frozen acai puree in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
    2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add toppings as desired.
