- ¼ C. Non-Dairy Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Flax Seeds
- ½ C. Frozen Blueberries
- 5 oz. Frozen Acai Puree
Suggested Toppings
- Fresh Blueberries
- Fresh Blackberries
- Hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
Directions
- Combine yogurt, non-dairy milk, flax seeds, frozen blueberries and frozen acai puree in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add toppings as desired.
