Baked Golden Beets with Sour Cream and Fresh Herbs

Featured Product: Nancy’s Organic Sour Cream 

 

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Golden Beets, peels on
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup Nancy’s Organic Sour Cream
  • Fresh Herbs, such as parsley, chives, or dill

 

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Wrap the beets individually in foil. Using a fork, pierce them in several places (through the foil). Place the beets together in a baking sheet or dish and bake for 45 minutes, until tender. Remove the beets from the foil and cut lengthwise into quarters. Season the beets with salt and pepper and arrange them on a serving plate. Top the beets with sour cream and garnish with fresh herbs to serve.
