After School Nachos

Featured Product: Nancy’s Organic Sour Cream

 

Ingredients

  • 4-6 cups Tortilla Chips
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef, browned
  • 1 (15 oz.) Can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Chunky Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese

Toppings

  • Chopped Green Onion
  • Fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • Sliced Fresh Jalapeno Pepper
  • Chunky Salsa
  • Nancy’s Organic Sour Cream

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scatter ½ of the tortilla chips on the parchment and layer with ½ of the ground beef, beans, salsa and cheese. Bake the first layer for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese begins to melt. Add additional layers of chips ground beef, beans, salsa and cheese. Bake for 10 more minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly. Sprinkle the nachos with toppings and serve warm.
