Featured Product: Nancy’s Sour Cream
Ingredients
Salad
- 2 Heads Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
- 6 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
- 8 oz. Frozen Peas, thawed
- 1 cup Spinach
- 8 Hard Boiled Eggs, sliced
- 16 oz. Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup Sour Cream Dressing (see below)
- 3 Green Onions, thinly sliced for garnish
Dressing
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¾ cup Nancy’s Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Flat Leaf Parsley, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Add the dressing ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Assemble the salad ingredients in a glass-serving bowl, layering as listed. Chill until ready to serve, tossing just before.
