It’s a serene slice of the Willamette Valley, just outside Eugene, Oregon, where nearly 60 dedicated folks make more than 100 Nancy’s products.
Towering evergreen trees grown from seedlings Chuck Kesey hand-planted decades ago now stand tall around the 10-acre property that surrounds Springfield Creamery.
The flower gardens bring fresh blooms throughout the year, along with the chirps of chickadees in the birdbath, colorful butterflies flying past, and the occasional high-speed squirrel chase.
